No, we only operate in larger urban areas. Our low rates are a result of the bundling which we can only achieve in densly populated areas.
Theoretically not, our platform is fully automated. Generally the higher the committed volumes are, the better the rates we can offer.
Our system runs fully automated. However we have operations managers present which can assist in case of troubles.
Yes we offer transport and liability insurance.
We distinguish between ASAP shipments and scheduled timeslot shipments. The delivery time for ASAP shipments depends on the city and the coverage. For example for Zurich it is currently below 20 Minutes.
Our platform can be connected to (integrated into) many different systems. We support integration into platforms based on C#, PHP, Java, JavaScript, ObjC, Python, Ruby, Curl etc. Our specialists are more than happy to help you there. First of all you need to be reliable and punctual. Apart from that we need you to have your own iPhone or Android smartphone. We can organize the rest.

At this stage we offer timeslots 7 days a week between 17.00 -22.00. Additional timeslots around lunchtime and in the afternoon will be offered in the very near future. And remember, you choose the working time that fits you best.
You choose the day, the time and how long you wish to work. Just pick the desired "timeslots" from our online calendar and you will be ready to receive delivery orders.
Timeslots are published online on a regular basis. Be aware that the more popular timeslots are picked very quickly.
Once you've picked a timeslot we look at it as a commitment from you. In extraordinary circumstances you can cancel by phone. Frequent cancellations will be penalised with lower ratings.
Pay consists of a fixed fee per delivery. In case there are not many deliveries, you will also receive a payment for the availability during the timeslot.

You will have to bring your own bicycle. However, for larger transports you can make use of a growing number of notime's e-cargo bikes. You will also be given a backpack. You need to bring your own smartphone and we provide the notime driver app.
We are convinced of the advantages that 2-wheeled vehicles offer in urban transport. We mostly use bicycle, e-cargo bikes and most recently a 3-wheeled bicycle for bulky goods. This is fast, agile and green.
